Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Frequently Asked Questions
Most of our items are 100% silk and we strongly recommend you to DRY CLEAN the item. Silk is a very delicate fabric and normal wash may change the texture and sheen of the fabric.
Silk can get wrinkled if it is left folded for a longer period, and therefore the item may have some wrinkles when you receive it. You can however easily remove these with ironing. Make sure to set the iron to a low temperature and press it down on the fabric from the backside with a piece of thin cotton (e.g. handkerchief) in between to prevent direct heat on the silk.
Items made with Obi are NOT made to be washed.
We will also include detailed care instructions with your purchased item.
All of our vintage Kimono skirts are one-size items with an elastic waistband to fit various body shapes.
They are suitable for all sizes up to US-10/ UK-14/ EU-42.
Waistband can be loosened or tightened as you can easily take it out from the hole.
Gift wrapping and packaging
If you are purchasing an item as a gift, we are happy to offer free gift wrapping with a personalized note. Please let us know if it is gift and feel free to provide us the desired message in the “Notes to Seller” field during checkout.

- Items are shipped to your Etsy address. For a different shipping address, please provide the desired address in the “Notes to Seller” at checkout.

It is very important to us that you are happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not pleased, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your purchase to get a full refund(shipping cost is not included).

Since almost all of our items are one of a kind and we only have one of each, items cannot be changed.
For a full refund, the item must be returned to us exactly as shipped, in its original condition.
The refund will be issued in the original form of payment within 5 business days after we receive the item. We will notify you via email when the refund is complete. Shipping cost is not refundable.
